Memories arise from chance. They come in no particular order and are triggered by our senses. With time, memories can be altered or skewed based on the impact of the event. Memories of the same event or interaction can vary between individuals as each person has a set of triggers unique to their recognition or recollection. “Memory Maker” is a video compilation of personal memories projected onto transparent fabric layers. As the video played on loop, viewers walked through the memory to spark memories of their own, and contributed to the installation by sharing their memories and experiences on the “Memory Maker” web archive.
